Piano Recital

Another last .... last piano lesson & the recital that followed.
Emily really enjoys piano and played her piece well.

She & Roxcy played a duet.
They even co-ordinated their outfits (lower than the picture Emily has stripped leggings like Roxcy's shirt, and Roxcy has solid one's.) They are such cute friends.

You may remember that Emily's piano teacher was Erin (Colin & Roxcy's Mom) and they moved. So this was a particularly sad "last." We are planing on meeting up with them this summer in Utah - and are still very much looking forward to that.

We are looking for a new teacher for the fall, and until then Emily is just going to progress on her own. I let her chose what she'd like to learn, and so far she has learned "Happy Birthday" and is working on "BINGO" (you know the one about the dog.)
