The Stanley kids are off on their big surprise - I'm so excited for them. But I'm also excited for my kids, because we're hamster sitting! My kids are dying for a pet, but I just can't take on anything extra to feed, clean & keep alive right now. A hamster for 4 days is perfect -

We "lizard sat" one time for the Ciccotelli's. They ended up giving it to us as a gift one Christmas. Maybe that will happen to you.

Oh just too cute! I love little rodents! I used to have gerbils and rats, but hubby says no to those kinds of things for our kids!
Wow, you are a better friend than me. I could not, would not, will not, shall not, watch another person's rodent. Even when they take their kids on cool surprise vacations. But, at least you made your kids happy!
