I've been meaning to post this for a while... better late than never. (It's the motto of my blog.)
Jane became old enough to go to nursery in November - but we had stake conference, and so she only went once. Then we were so sick in December she only went once too. She LOVED it. Never even gave me a backwards glance as I walked out. So cute to see her in there with Jacob., for their little overlap.
She liked looking at all the books,
and playing with the toys.

I like that picture of you! Let's see more of you! Jane is so like Jacob in some of the photos.
I can't believe Jacob is old enough to be in Sunbeams! Does Jane still like nursery even though Jacob isn't in there any more? Joshua and Samuel will be in nursery together for 6 months, which seems so crazy at this point!
Gee, I wish that little cutie pie was in MY nursery class! She's such an angel!
That's great that they enjoy going to their classes. Must be nice for you not to have a child with you in your classes now.
Cori,
The first week I sent Jane without Jacob the drop off went fine. Then when I went into the hallway, they said they needed a last minute sub in primary - so I went (not thinking to tell the nursery people.)
Rick was speaking in 2 other wards that day. Since we have one car, it meant we were going to our own ward late, and leaving early. Consequently, I didn't bother to try and get Jane to take a nap - I just thought she could have one when she got home.
When I went to get her, she was sobbing. They said she'd fallen asleep for a while on someone's shoulder. Poor baby. I learned;
(1) Jane cannot make it through church without a nap.
(2) Tell the nursery leaders where you will be.
Things I probably should have figured out before sending child #4 to nursery.
She has been happy in there since then (phew.)
Man, if my nursery teacher was that cute, I may have taken more of a liking to church. I love looking at the blog Tania, such cute kids and you write so well. Love and miss you all.
Tania, I just love that picture of Jane's snack being stolen... so funny! Was that Jacob?
I am happy you can have free arms now at church. Another milestone.
